on a silky celeriac puree, black sesame salad with sweet corn and chilli salsa

stuffed with goat’s cheese, ham and tomato, served with coz leaves, avocado, sweet red onion and Parmesan
Slow roasted duck
with chick pea pancake crisps, roast artichoke puree, charred asparagus and honey infused jus
Char grilled lamb loin chops
served with picked red onion, pea shoots and LHM salsa verde

Smooth vanilla panna cotta with preserved cherries
Poached peach with almond frangipane cake and fresh honey ricotta
Affogatto with creamy hazelnut gelato
