3 Courses including a glass of house wine, bread roll and 2 canapés
3 dishes from each course to be served alternately

Starters

Seared scallops
with celeriac puree, crispy speck and petite herb salad

Flash cooked Yellow fin tuna
on truss tomato and caper salad with Bagna Cauda dressing

Roast beetroot and artichoke tart
with asparagus and micro basil

Shredded confit of duck
with chic pea pancake crisps, roast artichoke puree, and honey infused jus



Mains

Ham and goats cheese chicken roulade
with plump balsamic tomatoes, fresh baby rocket and rosemary jus

Seared Atlantic salmon
with creamy mussel and dill sauce fennel fritti and petite herb salad

Beef fillet wrapped in prosciutto and porcini
served with wilted spinach and potato rosti

Char grilled lamb cutlets
served with picked red onion, pea shoots and LHM salsa verde



Desserts

Frangelico infused chocolate tart
served with vanilla bean ice-cream and nut crunch

Almond frangipane cake
with poached plum and orange gelato

Summer berry and champagne terrine
with crispy candied mint leaves
