Pan fried squid in aromatic tomato and anchovy sauce on baked polenta

Pumpkin and mozzarella risotto balls with sticky balsamic

Mains

Beer battered flathead and chunky chips, garden salad
and fresh LHM chunky tartare

Open grilled chicken leg in tomato and olive sauce
on a bed of herbed cous cous

Slow roasted lamb shank with creamy mash, braising juices
and LHM sticky onion jam
